With a track record of success in the attractions niche that spans over a quarter century, Jon’s meticulous attention to detail in aquarium environments is informed by his university degree and ongoing studies in Fishery Science as well his Director of Development experiences overseeing the construction of multiple entertainment venues throughout the United States. Jon is a longtime member of the Association of Zoos & Aquariums.

Visionary. Dedicated. Perceptive. Although every PAG team member is zealous about teaching children and adults how to conserve and clean the globe’s water supply, Al inspires the team constantly to push harder toward this goal. His aquarium expertise is unparalleled. From designing exhibits to budgeting, developing life support systems to project management, Al has done it all, and more. Even the Smithsonian and New York Aquarium have praised his outstanding aesthetic sense as well as his diligence.
Chris Spaulding - Founding Partner, Director of Husbandry Operations, MBA
Principled. Scholarly. Pragmatic. Chris brings over two decades of “hands-on” experience working with live animals in AZA accredited zoos and aquariums throughout the United States. As a biologist, he has masterfully crafted protocols for animal care and personally hires and trains the professional staff that will implement them. His encyclopedic knowledge of and experience with aquariums, both public and private, guides his natural gift for exhibit ideation and animal curation. Chris is a member of the Association of Zoos & Aquariums (AZA).
